Our office operates on the appointment system, taking walk-in patients in emergency situations only. In order to ensure that your entire appointment time is used for your care, please arrive promptly. Your appointment may be rescheduled if you are late.

If you are a new patient, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to complete medical history and insurance forms before your appointment begins.  Be sure to view our 'New Patients' page.  We recommend that you print the new patient forms on that page, complete them, and bring them in on your initial visit to save time.

Please inform us of any changes in your phone number, address, or insurance information.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call (704) 510-8000 to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments. If the physician’s schedule changes, we will contact you. Please note that our switchboard opens at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 4:45 p.m., Monday thru Friday.  However, an answering service is available after the switchboard closes, and a physician paging system is also available.
